On August 14 from 2-4 pm, William Mitchell and the Council on Crime and Justice are proud to sponsor a free CLE: “Expungement Law Post MDT and JJP. . . What Practitioners Need to Know”.
The CLE will address the ramifications for practitioners of the recent Minnesota Supreme Court decisions regarding expungements of juveniles and adults (JJP and MDT). For the first hour, attorneys Jon Geffen and Lindsay Davis will discuss the opinions in detail.
During the second hour, panelists will lead a discussion on practical tips for attorneys on expungement cases in light of these decisions. The panel will also discuss what the future of expungements in Minnesota may look like as a result of these cases.
