Research & Scholarship
Professor Konar-Steenberg’s research interests include constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, and comparative law. Professor Konar-Steenberg and William Mitchell alumnus Dr. Anne Peterson recently published the first comprehensive empirical study of dormant Commerce Clause case law.
