Professional Focus

Professor Vo practiced business law both with a law firm and as inhouse counsel, and she spent over six years in business leadership roles with a Fortune 500 company. Her focus has been on corporate governance, securities regulation, corporations, partnerships and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and business finance.
