Pro Bono/Free Legal Consultation and Representation
William Mitchell College of Law believes that all people should have access to justice and that it is the duty of our society and our legal profession to provide this access. However, it is inappropriate and illegal for law school students to characterize themselves as lawyers and to solicit clients. Requests for legal advice or representation must not be directed to William Mitchell College of Law. Members of the public who are seeking legal advice or legal representation are referred to the William Mitchell law clinic program or faculty and students through outside agencies.
