The William Mitchell College of Law Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project hosts a moot court competition for participating high school classrooms.  High school students from host classrooms are invited to present oral arguments before a panel of guest judges comprised of law professors, practicing attorneys, and judges.   Students are given the opportunity to practice their oral advocacy skills and showcase their knowledge and understanding of constitutional law.

Finalists from the competition each fall are invited to compete in the National Marshall-Brennan High School Moot Court Competition.

The Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project Moot Court Competition is supported by Nilan Johnson Lewis PA.
