Chief counsel for Minneapolis FBI is commencement speaker

Kyle Loven ’92, supervisory special agent and chief division counsel for the Minneapolis division of the FBI, will deliver this winter’s commencement address at 2 pm Saturday, Jan. 19 in the Mitchell auditorium.

Loven has been with the FBI since 1995, investigating a wide variety of crimes including corruption, government fraud, and computer-related crimes. In addition to his legal responsibilities, he is the media coordinator for the division, handling all media requests and serving as media spokesman for cases in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. He also is a guest instructor at William Mitchell on Criminal Procedure, National Security Law, and Compliance and Ethics.
