Since joining the Delaware Court of Chancery in 2009, Laster has produced some of the most bold and thoughtful corporate-law opinions emanating from Delaware and has given every sign that he will be one of the most forceful shapers of corporate law in the United States for years to come.
His lecture is free and open to the public. Application will be made for CLE credit.
The Dorsey & Whitney Foundation Lecture is supported by The Dorsey & Whitney Foundation Endowment Fund at William Mitchell College of Law. The lecture series, launched in 2002, provides a forum for discussing current legal issues with the country’s leading scholars and practitioners.
