Dean Erwin Chemerinsky

In a 2014 column for the ABA Journal, Chemerinsky posed the question, “What is the Fourth Amendment’s protection for informational privacy? That is, to what extent should people be able to keep information from the government until it has probable cause to obtain it?”

His two-hour lecture will address these topics, exploring the implications of Fourth Amendment rights as they relate to emerging technology in the 21st century.
