Law Schools Operating Law Firms

An article in the ABA Journal titled, “How Law Schools Can Produce ‘Practice Ready’ Grads: Operate Their Own Law Firms”, discusses the radical change that two law professors are proposing to help prepare law students for practice: law firms operated by law schools. The law firms would act as non-profit, self-funding law firms that would hire experienced lawyers to help new layers learn how to become effective counsel.
