Environmental Law (3925)

This course will explore the common law, statutory and regulatory foundations of U.S. environmental laws. We will study the federal and state laws and policies relating to, among other things, contaminated property, environmental review, hazardous wastes, water pollution, air pollution and wetlands. This course will also teach the skills necessary to conduct statutory and regulatory analysis in environmental law and other regulatory fields.

Grading: Final Exam

Prerequisite(s): None. NOTE: Students who have taken the 2-credit Environmental Law Survey course may not take this 3-credit course and vice versa.
