Pretrial Litigation (5200)

Explores the major facets of pretrial litigation. Students study litigation planning, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and related elements. Students participate in simulated and written exercises involving these skills which are critiqued by experienced practitioners. Students will NOT be allowed to drop this course after the end of the first week of the semester.
