Situational Communication and Problem Solving (8330)

Students will improve their skills of listening, concentrating, speaking spontaneously, considering varied perspectives, working in teams, and solving problems. Students will read social science literature on these skills, participate in class discussion, engage in in-class law-related skills exercises (such as instant argument, analysis under pressure, extemporaneous speaking, and intensive listening exercises), and write reflection papers.
